Bio
Karland brings over 19 years of commercial experience in healthcare andlife sciences, specialising in complex AI-driven transformation. She has
delivered AI initiatives across strategy, diligence, and solution
development, drawing on a strong background in strategy consulting across
life sciences and adjacent sectors.
Prior to her current role, she worked with leading organisations such as IQVIA
and PA Consulting, and in-house at Merck & Co. (MSD), where (in the latter)
she was responsible for defining and executing omnichannel strategies, as
well as serving as a scientific advisor.
She now partners with senior executives to identify, validate, and enable
high-impact AI opportunities, overseeing multidisciplinary teams of data
scientists, engineers, and designers to develop and deploy tailored ML/AI
solutions that deliver measurable commercial value.
